LTE’s Kingfisher range is the UK’s leading solution and blanket warming cabinet range.

Available in a number of useful sizes from 72 to 228 litres, Kingfisher solution and blanket warming cabinets provide a safe and reliable environment for the storage of patient clinical products and blankets.

The range benefits from a variety of safety features from the tamper proof control system and over temperature protection to the additional options of key and keypad locking, ensuring that the Kingfisher range provides optimum safety to both patients and operators.

Capacities:  72, 145, 176 and 228-litres (Solution Warming Cabinets).
160 and 250-litres (Blanket Warming Cabinets)
Temperatures: 5°C above ambient up to 80°C

Anti-Bacterial Epoxy Powder Coating
All our Kingfisher cabinets are coated in anti-bacterial epoxy powder coating which is designed to combat destructive microbes and to protect against the growth and migration of bacteria.
Close Temperature Control
The temperature is controlled by an electronic controller indicator which displays the running temperature on its L.E.D. display with option to display temperature set point. The controller switches the heaters via a solid-state relay. The control sensor is a 100 ohm P.R.T.
Over Temperature Limiter
A control knob is provided for setting the required over-ride temperature. This will take control in the event of an over temperature. The knob is fitted with a slot for adjustment to prevent inadvertent turning.
Tamper Proof Controls
The control panel has been designed to help prevent accidental or unauthorised tampering with the temperature control or ON/OFF switch.
Fan Circulation or Natural Convection
Choice of heating method, heat is generated and circulated by natural convection on the blanket warming cabinets while the solution warming cabinets benefit from fan circulation. Blankets cannot be stored in a solution warming cabinet due to fan snagging issues.
Lockable Door - Pin or Key Access
Should you require additional security a key or PIN operated door lock can be added to all models of the Kingfisher range to prevent unauthorised access.
Additional Shelves
Each Kingfisher Cabinet comes as standard with between 1-4 shelves dependent upon size and model, the incubators have several positions to situate the shelves starting with 6 positions on the 72 Litre up to 21 positions on the 228 Litre cabinets.
Storage Rack for I.V. Bags
A storage rack can be fitted to the inside of the solution warming cabinet which can accommodate up to 12 x 1 litre Bags. Depending on the size of cabinet up to 3 racks can be fitted to store up to 36 bags.
Bogie with Lockable Castors
Our 145, 176 and 228 Litre models can be fitted with a bogie that has lockable castors for easy manoeuvrability between departments/rooms should this be required.
Stand with Lockable Castors
The 72, 145 and 176 Litre models can be fitted with a metal stand which has lockable castors, this provides a safe solution against back issues from having to lean down and also provides manoeuvrability between departments/rooms should this be required.
