Modular Cleanrooms

LTE modular cleanrooms provide a bespoke clean area solution suitable for quick assembly in any pre-existing space.

Constructed from free-standing aluminum framework our modular cleanrooms are manufactured around our customers requirements with each room being completely bespoke. Bespoke options include the room sizing, option for entry areas (including types of door), changing areas and transfer hatches.

All of our cleanrooms are fitted with HEPA air filtration devices, fitted either to the outer walls or ceiling depending on your selected configuration. These ensure that air drawn into the room goes through a HEPA filter (99.997% efficient at 0.3 microns) creating a positive pressure and clean air environment.

In accordance with ISO Cleanroom Standards our cleanrooms can achieve many levels of cleanliness, with ISO Class 6, 7 or 8 being the most common.
