In the event of breakdown or repair, spare part sourcing isn’t an issue for us – we maintain a comprehensive stock of parts at our factory and our nationwide engineers carry routinely used spares at all times to reduce downtime for our customers.

Our aftercare maintenance and servicing contracts extend beyond our in-house developed and manufactured medical equipment – which includes the Scope-Store range of endoscope drying & storage cabinets.

Our engineers are qualified to test, inspect and repair the majority of autoclave makes and models as well as sterilizers, washer disinfectors, endoscope storage / drying cabinets, environmental rooms and other thermal equipment such as laboratory ovens and lab incubators.

We are the exclusive UK distributor for the entire range of IQ washer-disinfectors from Danish manufacturer KEN Hygiene and offer the latest knowledge and expertise when it comes to servicing and maintenance as well as being the sole UK supplier of KEN replacement parts.

Our competitively priced contracts factor in all the common repairs, faults and issues as well as providing the compliance and reassurance for industry regulations.

LTE is accredited to the latest versions of ISO 9001, ISO13485 , and our engineers are fully qualified to carry out testing to HTM 01-01 parts C & D.
