With an LTE Maintenance Agreement our highly trained and UKAS accredited engineers will ensure your equipment is functioning within the correct parameters, giving both efficiency and peace of mind.

Alongside a nationwide team of engineers, we provide specialist support and advice via our service centre and technical team which has the experience and expertise to handle your queries and call outs over the phone or online.

We offer assistance weekdays, 9-5pm, and if you require urgent support, we are available on-call.

What We Cover

LTE’s Service Centre provides reliable technical engineer expertise when it comes to the service, testing and maintenance of ovens, incubators, environmental rooms, warming cabinets and drying cabinets.

This includes both LTE equipment and other manufacturer models available in the UK.

LTE thermal equipment maintenance provision not only covers scheduled servicing to ensure equipment efficiency and performance but also the necessary evidence to prove compliance with recognised industry working standards such as UKAS.

Our Laboratory Thermal Product Maintenance Agreement includes:

• Annual scheduled visit by a UKAS accredited engineer
• Inspection of your equipment and fault finding (if required)
• A single point one temperature calibration and certificate
• Parts and labour discount for additional work (if required)
• 48-hour on site response

The agreement operates on a fixed cost for up to three units with a discounted price for additional units.

Testing Reports

Recognised industry working standards demand evidence that equipment is operating effectively and controlling correctly.

As well as being UKAS accredited LTE’s team of engineers are equipped with the latest data loggers to enable them to provide our customers with the reports of the testing carried out.

We will issue UKAS certification signed off by our UKAS Manager.
