Service & planned preventative maintenance of your equipment

It is important that your equipment is regularly maintained, as this can often reduce the frequency of breakdowns and ensure maximum performance.

LTE’s Service Centre employs a nationwide team of skilled and qualified engineers, who are supported by dedicated technical and administration staff at our head office.

We offer a large range of repair and maintenance services on most makes and models of autoclave machines, sterilizers, washer disinfectors, endoscope drying/storage cabinets, environmental rooms and other thermal equipment such as ovens and incubators.

LTE can provide service contracts tailored to meet our customer’s individual needs. Contracts range from providing routine periodic service to fully comprehensive contracts which would incorporate breakdown cover, parts and training.

Periodic testing, quarterly or annually, can also be incorporated as part of the contract and is carried out in accordance with recognised industry standards.

LTE is accredited to the latest versions of ISO 9001, ISO13485 and ISO17025 (UKAS), and our engineers are fully qualified to carry out testing to HTM 01-01 parts C & D and UKAS.
