New Labclave-L Laboratory Autoclave

We are excited to launch a brand new laboratory autoclave that better aligns with the expectations of modern scientific institutes.

The Labclave-L laboratory autoclave is engineered with sustainability at its core, reducing environmental impact from manufacture through to daily use, all while delivering the high performance and long-lasting reliability expected from LTE.

Featuring a sleek, updated exterior and enhanced interior the Labclave-L range are engineered to generate steam in the most efficient manner, saving on utilities and offering a more sustainable sterilization option.

Designed for convenience, the new Touchclave-K series includes a front access panel and easy access side panels to simplify servicing and maintenance. The new models also come equipped with Air-Ballast technology as standard, ensuring safe sterilization of fluids and sealed containers. Additionally, automatic pneumatically operated powered doors and emergency stop now come as standard, improving operational efficiency, ergonomics, and operator safety.

Each unit also features a 20-program touchscreen control panel for intuitive operation and flexibility, along with an armoured load probe as standard for improved durability and accurate temperature monitoring during every cycle.

Expanding on the range, we’re developing larger-capacity Labclave-L laboratory autoclaves in 640 and 730-litre models, which will be available in late 2025. Pass-through options are also in development and will launch at the same time.
