KEN’s range of IQ laboratory washer disinfectors are designed to provide excellent load and wash efficiencies, fast processing times, a small physical footprint and be economically friendly with reduced energy, water, and chemical usage.

Offering an elegant design which provides a smooth surface and tempered glass that is easy to clean.

The IQ range comes with an easy to operate touch panel with display that shows all relevant cycle information for full process validation and can be fitted with a printer if required.

Small Footprint
The IQ Range has been designed to have a small physical footprint and is serviced from the front of the machine meaning you can fit these side by side to further save on space.
Low Water Consumption
All IQ washer disinfectors are designed to be as economically friendly as possible, to help with this the machines consume very little water per cycle saving the economy and saving you money.
Touchpanel Control Panel
Easy to operate touch panel with swipe function makes cycle selection simple, the IQ4 has 10 pre-set cycles available and up to 30 more custom cycles can be programmed.
Flexible Shelf and Rack Systems
One key feature of the IQ range is its versatility, each washer has a wide range of interchangeable racks and modules for disinfection of a wide range of objects and the IQ4 can hold up to 8DIN Baskets.
Low Noise Levels
IQ Washers operate at low noise levels of between 50-60 db(A) during the washing and drying cycles, KEN IQ washers are renowned for their fast cycle times, offering one of the fastest times on the market while still ensuring your equipment is fully disinfected and dry.
Low Energy Usage
Known to have one of the lowest energy consumption rates on the market the KEN IQ range keeps operating costs down and helps the environment.
Low Chemical Usage
Another benefit of the IQ systems is how little cleaning chemicals they use per load providing more cost savings.
Easy Clean Glass Surfaces
The glass panes on the door of the washers are designed to be easily cleaned along with the outer body so any spillages or condensation marks can be easily wiped away.
Full Process Validation
One of the most important features of the KEN IQ range is its ability to not only display the load parameters as it progresses but also store the process parameters internally for future reference, this data can also be extracted for external storage on another device.
Printer
A printer can be fitted to the machine which will print out the cycle parameters once the cycle has completed for validation purposes.
XML Server Connection
The XML Server connection allows for a bridge to be established between the IQ machine and a remote PC via the internet to allow for remote access of the IQ system information.
Condenser
A condensation unit can be fitted to the machine allowing for the steam to be drawn from the chamber and condensed into water for drainage.
