The KEN IQ3 is the most compact washer disinfector we offer with a 170 Litre chamber capacity, suitable for underbench washer disinfection.

KEN’s range of IQ medical washer disinfectors are designed for the dental market.

Available as a stand-alone unit or with a side-cabinet for additional storage and space for an optional printer to be fitted.

The IQ3 comes with an easy to operate touch panel with display that shows all relevant cycle information for full process validation.

Small Footprint
The IQ Range has been designed to have a small physical footprint with the IQ3 having the smallest making this suitable for underbench processing.
Low Water Consumption
All IQ washer disinfectors are designed to be as economically friendly as possible, to help with this the machines consume very little water per cycle saving the economy and saving you money.
Touchpad Control Panel
Easy to operate touch panel makes cycle selection simple, the IQ3 has 10 pre-set cycles available and up to 30 more custom cycles can be programmed.
Low Energy Usage
Known to have one of the lowest energy consumption rates on the market the KEN IQ range keeps operating costs down and helps the environment.
Low Chemical Usage
Another benefit of the IQ systems is how little cleaning chemicals they use per load providing more cost savings.
Easy Clean Glass Surfaces
The glass panes on the door of the washers are designed to be easily cleaned along with the outer body so any spillages or condensation marks can be easily wiped away.
Full Process Validation
One of the most important features of the KEN IQ range is its ability to not only display the load parameters as it progresses but also store the process parameters internally for future reference, this data can also be extracted for external storage on another device.
Condenser
A condensation unit is fitted to the IQ3 as standard allowing for the steam to be drawn from the chamber and condensed into water for drainage.
Printer
A printer can be fitted to the model with side cabinet for the print out of cycle data.
XML Server Connection
The XML Server connection allows for a bridge to be established between the IQ machine and a remote PC via the internet to allow for remote access of the IQ system information.
Flexible Shelf and Rack Systems
One key feature of the IQ range is its versatility, each washer has a wide range of interchangeable racks and modules for disinfection of a wide range of objects and the IQ3 can hold up to 8DIN Baskets.
