With three internal sales representatives and three external road sales managers, each customer is assigned a dedicated sales rep who ensures personalized and consistent support throughout the entire process.
Our process begins with an in-depth consultation, often by phone, during which we carefully assess your specific requirements and circumstances, followed by a site visit where necessary. During the site visit, we will assess site conditions, explain power, water, and drainage requirements, and evaluate the route through the building. We will also identify any potential issues and provide solutions to address them, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free installation process.
After gathering all the necessary information, we will arrange for an obligation-free, detailed and personalized quotation to be sent to you for a bespoke product that is perfectly fit for purpose, addressing your unique needs. We understand that purchasing capital equipment is a significant decision that may require time and planning. Therefore, we provide ample time for you to review the quotation and get back to us when you are ready to proceed, whether that’s immediately or several months down the line.
Our consultative approach has enabled us to successfully manage numerous unique custom builds and installations. Notable projects include the Liverpool Broadgreen Hospital installation, featuring four 42CUFT pass-through sterilizers with semi-automatic loading and automated unloading using the Remeda loading systems. This installation significantly enhanced departmental efficiency in line with client requirements. More recently, we designed, manufactured, and installed a bespoke 65CUFT floor-mounted walk-in autoclave, meeting the client’s need to fully sterilize loading trolleys with racks.
